Will My Cupcake Toppers Be Pre-Cut?

Yes! All of our toppers come pre-cut and are ready to be placed upright or flat on frosting, buttercream, chocolate, cookies, and biscuits. To avoid disintegration or curling, please avoid applying with water.

Can I use your toppers for other food items like drinks or ice cream?

Yes, they can be used for almost anything – cupcakes, cakes, biscuits, rice crispy treats, chocolate-covered Oreos, brownies, cake pops, macarons, donuts, coffee, ice cream, cocktails, pies, bread, and much more. The possibilities are endless!

How long will the toppers last once applied?

Once applied to your treats, the toppers should last as long as the product they are placed on (e.g., cakes or cupcakes). They may soften over time, so it's best to apply them just before serving.

Can I personalize my toppers?

Yes! You can design your own toppers using our custom design tool. Simply upload your image and add any text you'd like. Choose your size, and we'll print them for you. Additionally, you can customize our pre-designed personalized toppers by adding your own text or adjusting the design to suit your needs.

Do you offer custom sizes for toppers?

We do not offer custom sizes as standard. However, our toppers come in standard sizes, such as 1.5-inch, 2-inch, and 7-inch discs. Please contact us for any specific sizing inquiries.

Delivery & Returns

What Delivery Options Are Available?

Orders placed before 1pm typically ship on the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We provide complimentary 1st class shipping for all UK orders over £10. Additionally, you have the option to upgrade to other services for an additional fee.

Royal Mail estimates that 1st class post typically arrives within 1-2 working days, although it may take longer during peak periods.

For European orders, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days. However, delays with carriers or customs, beyond our control, may extend this timeframe.

EU customers - VAT will be charged at checkout. Your order will be delivered duties paid (DDP), ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

USA orders generally arrive within 4-8 working days. Similar to European orders, delays with carriers or customs may prolong delivery times.

Orders to other international destinations typically take 4-14 working days, depending on the country. Feel free to contact us for a more precise estimate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times may vary depending on your location, especially during busy seasons like Christmas. Please check our shipping policies for more details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away to ensure quick dispatch. Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes or cancel orders after they have been dispatched. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

What About Lost & Undeliverable Items?

In the event that your order is lost during transit, we’ll promptly dispatch a replacement, adhering to the timeframe outlined by the selected courier for items deemed lost. If any items in your order arrive damaged, we’ll immediately send replacements for the affected items.

Should your order be returned to us due to insufficient or inaccurate delivery details provided by you, or if the goods are undeliverable through no fault of ours, we may, at our discretion, apply a redelivery charge. This charge will cover the cost of redelivery plus a 20% administration fee. To avoid incurring such costs, please ensure the accuracy of your postal information and promptly accept delivery or arrange for item collection.

All orders are dispatched with proof of postage and insurance. If your order doesn’t arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and, if necessary, resend your order. Kindly note that deliveries are handled by third-party carriers and are subject to their terms and conditions. While we strive to expedite your order, we cannot guarantee specific delivery service levels or timelines.

Should there be any delays in delivery, we’ll promptly notify you. You have the option to cancel your order at no charge until you receive confirmation of its dispatch.

If your items are lost or damaged during transit, please inform us promptly so we can initiate a claim on your behalf. Please note that items dispatched via 1st Class and Royal Mail Signed For are not considered lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. You’ll have the choice between a full refund or a replacement, dispatched via the original delivery method chosen for your order.

Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order without cost up to the point of dispatch.  A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for edible toppers due to their perishable nature and the fact that they are either personalised or printed on demand.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Should you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We may request a photograph clearly displaying the issue within three days of receipt.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for faults resulting from your own actions, such as product misuse, misspelled personalised text, or if you uploaded a low-resolution or small image.

Dietary Information

What Is The Shelf Life?

All of our toppers have a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in the packaging they arrive in, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Each order will come with it’s own best before date.
