Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect it. Please notify us promptly if you discover any defects or damages or receive an incorrect item. We may require a photograph clearly showing the issue within three days of receiving the order.
Lost & Undeliverable Items:
If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we’ll promptly dispatch replacements. However, please ensure accurate delivery details to avoid redelivery charges.
Delivery Assurance:
All orders are dispatched with proof of postage and insurance. In case of delays, we’ll keep you informed and offer the option to cancel your order until dispatch confirmation.
Claims for Lost or Damaged Items:
Notify us promptly if your items are lost or damaged during transit. We’ll initiate a claim on your behalf and offer a full refund or replacement via the original delivery method.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
