Once you place an order and complete the online checkout process, we’ll send you an email acknowledging your order. However, please note that this doesn’t confirm our acceptance of your order. We accept your order and form a contract only when we dispatch it. If we cancel your order or are unable to accept it, we’ll notify you in writing and won’t charge you for the product.

3.3 Personalising your products:

We strive to offer a swift, top-notch service, ensuring that all ordered products are sent for production on the same or next working day. Please meticulously review your order on-screen and in the acknowledgment email to confirm accuracy. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for items with misspelled personalization due to customer error, so please ensure accuracy during purchase. Orders cannot be modified once payment is processed. However, if dispatch confirmation hasn’t been sent, we may accommodate order cancellations if errors are noticed, allowing you to reorder the product(s).

For image uploads, please use JPEG or PNG format, as other formats like Word documents and PDFs are not accepted. For optimal results, we recommend images with dimensions of approximately 1,000 pixels for the smallest edge. We print images at 300 DPI, so scanning at this resolution is advised. It’s advisable to use bright, high-resolution images consistently to maintain print quality.

Uploaded content (images or text) must not:

• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights or privacy.
• Be defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful to individuals.
• Contain obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory material.
• Promote sexually explicit content, violence, or discrimination based on various factors.

Our toppers are dispatched with a minimum of 12 months before the best-before date.
