Fast and Reliable Delivery

At Cian’s Cupcake Toppers, we prioritise getting your orders to you swiftly and securely. Here’s what you can expect:

Order Fulfilment:
Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are typically processed and shipped the same day, except on weekends and bank holidays.

UK Delivery:
We ship with Royal Mail for all of our orders.  You can select from 1st class (untracked), Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Next Day (Anytime)*

Royal Mail estimates that 1st class post usually arrives within 1-2 working days, though peak periods may cause slight delays.

*Royal Mail do not deliver on bank holidays - including Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed services. Orders will be delivered on the next business day.   

European Orders:
Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days for European orders. Unexpected delays with carriers or customs may extend this timeframe.  EU customers - VAT will be charged at checkout. Your order will be delivered duties paid (DDP), ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

USA Orders:
Expect your USA orders to arrive within 4-8 working days. Similar to European orders, delays with carriers or customs may affect delivery times.  Your order will be delivered tariffs paid. Your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cian's Cupcake Toppers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you deny paying any import taxes, you will not receive a refund for your order, as we do not receive the package back.

International Orders:
For other international destinations, delivery times vary from 4 to 14 working days, depending on the country. Feel free to contact us for a more accurate estimate.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cian's Cupcake Toppers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
