We’ll add your chosen name and date to the image before sending it to print. Please meticulously review your order on-screen and in the acknowledgment email to confirm accuracy. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for items with misspelled personalization due to customer error, so please ensure accuracy during purchase. Orders cannot be modified once payment is processed.
Although we use the highest quality ingredients and print methods, wafer paper has a slight transparency. When used on white icing, the colours will appear more vibrant. Keep in mind that images printed on wafer paper may not be as vivid as those printed on regular paper.
All our toppers come pre-cut and are made using edible wafer card and edible ink. They are gluten free, nut free, dairy free, lactose free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
All of our toppers are sealed in food grade packaging and have a shelf life of over 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place (in the packaging preferably). Do not store in a fridge or freezer.
Toppers can be placed upright or flat on frosting, buttercream, chocolate, cookies and biscuits. To prevent disintegration or curling, do not apply with water.
